This action will update both D1 and Twilio Sync, generate a new PIN, and create assignment history.
This will disable the current PIN immediately, close the assignment history record, update Twilio Sync, and place the extension into a 90-day quarantine.
A new random 4-digit PIN will be generated. The current PIN will stop working immediately after Twilio Sync is updated.
Send the participant's current Personal Extension and current PIN. This does not change the PIN or assignment.
Use this only after payment has actually been received. This will record the payment, allocate the next available Personal Extension, generate a PIN, update D1 and Twilio Sync, and optionally email the Welcome Sheet.

This screen is read-only. Organization plans do not reserve or own blocks of extension numbers. Extensions are assigned from the shared personal-extension inventory as participants are activated.
Twilio items are provisioned only when an extension is activated. Inventory initialization is a maintenance operation and is no longer exposed in the normal Admin interface.
